Tips
All pork products should be cooked on medium heat to a safe internal temperature.
For roasts we recommend using a thermometer to ensure that the internal temperature of the pork reaches 71°C
Cut with Crackling
Rub crackling with oil and salt
Roast in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 220°C
Roast for a further 20 minutes per 500 grams at 180°C
Rest pork for 10 minutes before carving and serving
Cut without Crackling
Roast 20 minutes per 500 grams at 180°C
Rest pork for 10 minutes before carving and serving
